midi channel priority

Hi everyone,
When I change a combination on my triton, I want three program change messages to be sent to an external controller.. I send these on channels 14 15 and 16. Can anyone tell me if these messages are sent simultaneously or are midi messages prioritised according to channel they are sent on? I need 14 to be sent BEFORE 15 and 16.
I have a triton studio if that helps anyone
