help connecting midi gear...

i need some serious help folks.. i am trying to connect an akai mpc 3000, triton pro, and an aki s950..
the way i want to do it is i want to run the mpc3000 as the sequencer, play the sounds of the triton and trigger the s950 thru the triton or mpc...
any help would be greatly appreciated...
