MIDI Latency in Cakewalk Pro Audio 9

HeLo,
All of the sudden I began to have heavy MIDI Latency
problem. And that happens whenever I use Korg Trinity
Expression Pedal to control MIDI Volume. That make
s notes delayed by few seconds, or better said if
I play continously, notes are paused and throwed out
almoust all at once, like something is stopping them
somewhere in connection.
Using Windows98SE
My Connection looks like this.
Korg Trinity with XVP-10 Exp Pedal->UX256->Cakewalk Pro Audio9->Trinity->JX-8P
What could caused this problem? most strange is that
all worked perfect before.The only thing I changed
is I added internal SCSI HD to the system, that
has been SCSI capable before. Exept now I have two
external HDs and new Internal HD.If this somehow
caused the problem. How can I solve it?Are there
any extra settings I need to do in Cakewalk?
The problem is present only in Cakewalk. I tried
Techno Toys MIDI Thru. There MIDI works perfectly
with no delay,not even if I use pedal up and down.
So this eliminates any cabling problems.
