As we all in this forum know, Alesis does not offer a update for the QS 8.1 drivers. Instead, I was directed by Alesis to download a Roland driver as a work around. I have recieved updated software from Emagic, but I am unable to get my QS 8.1 to communicated through MIDI via serial and com port. Am I stupid or is this software over engineered? PLease if anyone can help me on this matter it would be very much appreciated.
