Well, that's a new one to me! As a preliminary workaround, I suggest putting in a Pitch Wheel event at the beginning of each track of your sequences, lowering the pitch by the requisite amount, if you have software that can do that. (Any basic sequencer should be able to.) I think by default you should find that a Pitch Wheel event with a value of -4095 will lower the note by a semitone.

But I have to admit, this is a puzzler. I haven't ever used the SB128 myself.

: Please,

: I received my new PC with AMD 1.2 Ghz, and a Creative Vibra 128 PCI Sondblaster. When I play a MIDI music using Encore, or MidiNotate, the notes aren't the same. It plays one half tone above the real tone. I can see this, playing a flute together or using a Tuner Software. With my old PC this think didn't happen.

: Is it a problem with my Sondblaster?
: Does anyone know how to tune a soundblaster?

: Thanks in advance,

: Valcir
