Printing from Cakewalk Music Creator on Windows 2000

I have problems printing from Music Creator.
The Preview page looks OK, but when you send it to the printer it doesn't print the stave or the stems of the notes, so it is useless.
The computer is running Win2000, and the printer is a Cannon 1000SP.
I have Sibelius installed on the same computer and from Sibelius I can print, but I still have work done in Music Creator and I cannot print it now.
Could anyone help, please ????
