roland xp-30 beginner help

I recently bougth a roland xp-30 thinkin that was i could start making electronic music as a hobby aftyer i bought it and played with it for awhile i realized its not so simple i have some knowledge od midi and whatnot but i have no idea how to get started and would apreciat some feed back on where to begin etc. thanks
