I got the same problem, and it was fixed reinstalling the MIDI drivers once again.
If you use the playback of the keyboard (if you don't need to use the computer), try to turn it off ot to unplug the MIDI cables, as the pc MIDI card can send you back unexpected MIDI events and therefore cause stuck notes.
