There are programs to batch convert midi-files to other formats but they do not work very well (in my opinion). I find the best way to do it is to play the files and record them whilst playing using any of the common software recording programs. If possibel, record them in CD Audio format (PCM 44,100Kz, 16 bit, stereo) so they are ready to burn to CD-R without any convert-on-the-fly requirement.
