Midisport 4x4 and windows xp

I installed a midisport 4x4 on my new laptop with windows XP. When I play a sequence I have a good connection for about 10 seconds and then the connection with the interface stops. I don't know what the problem is and I can't find anything on the web.

I did download the newest drivers for the midiman but that doesn't seem to work.
