You'll need either a MIDI merge box, or better yet a 2x2 MIDI interface.
A merge box cost about the same as an interface, and you get more features with it.
If you have USB, check out the MIDIMAN Midisport 2x2, or for a single in/out port
the Roland UM-1. (in this case you can use the soundcard as the second input).
If you don't have USB port on your computer, you can get serial or parallel port
