One way or another, you have to record your MIDI file in WAV format. It all depends on the MIDI port you want to play it through:

If you are using a software based MIDI port (like Creative Software Synthesizer, or SoundFont Device), set the recording control to MIDI, play the song with the MIDI player you want (preferably the one that uses the less memory) and record the sound card's input with a WAV recording program (Goldwave, SoundForge, CoolEdit... even Windows Sound Recorder can do).

If you are using an external keyboard, you have to hook its line-out (or headphone line) to the line-in jack of your sound card. Then set the recording control to line-in, play the song and record the result just like said above.

As soon as you have the song in WAV, you can convert it to mp3 or burn it on cd. Personally, that's the only way I know. :-)
