converting files

I have some MIDI files that I want to edit then play on my PA system (using a conventional home audio CD player). If I'm happy with the mix, I want to use the selected sequences on an Ensonic keyboard/ sequencer.
I have an IBM PC. What type of software will I need to convert from MIDI to .cda to an "Ensonic". Any help would be appreciated.
