The BWV number of the one I'm pretty sure you want is 565, which should help you find it (each of Bach's works has a unique BWV catalogue number). There are two versions of it here at the Classical MIDI Connection:

by Michele Tornatore and Oscar Comazzetto. The second of these is much the better of the two for my money, though it could still be a bit more dramatic in the Toccata. There's also several versions you could check out at the Classical Archives:
